After several cyclists were killed in London this week, Boris Johnson is facing calls to ban lorries from the city centre during rush hour. This would follow the example set by Paris, where large vehicles are only allowed to deliver at night. Should large lorries and vans be stopped from coming into cities during peak travel times?
